Lease Terms:
- Month-to-month lease after initial 6 months.
- Rent one or more offices and/or warehouse
- 45-days notice prior to termination.
- Move in with 1st and last month's rent, plus one month's rent as security deposit.
- Liability insurance required ($1,000,000.00 aggregate/occurrence).
- Utilities - fixed monthly fee in addition to rent
- No setup fees.
- 24/7 Building access.
- No pets, no smoking.
- Parking in lot (not assigned).
- Signage not always available given building type.
- Janitorial service is included for offices
- Internet access is not included. Broadband, DSL, 7.0MB service from private vendors is available. All suites are wired with CAT5 cabling.
- Telephone cabling is installed to all units. Tenants order their own service from Verizon or other carrier.

- Lab and warehouse rentals may require additional insurance coverage.
